Getting help

Junkt is small enough that a person reads every message. If something is not working, say so and you will get a real answer.

Email

support@junkt.io reaches us for anything: a bug, a connector that will not authorise, a question about the limits, or a request to delete your account and everything in it.

We aim to reply within two working days. If something is broken for everyone rather than just for you, we would rather hear about it twice than not at all.

What to include

None of this is required, but it usually saves a round trip:

  • The email address on your account.
  • Which client you are connecting from — Claude, Cowork, Desktop, Code, something else.
  • The tool you called and the key involved. Please do not paste stored values if they are sensitive; we do not need them to help.
  • The error message, exactly as the model reported it.
  • Roughly when it happened, so it can be matched against the activity log on your account.

Worth checking first

  • Connection troubleshooting covers connectors that authorise but show no tools, and tokens that stop working.
  • The tool reference lists every error message and what causes it. They are written to be read by the model, so the agent can often recover on its own.
  • Your dashboard shows recent activity, which tells you whether a call reached Junkt at all.

Reporting a security issue

Email the same address with “security” in the subject line and we will treat it as a priority. Please give us a reasonable window to fix anything you find before making it public.

Deleting your account

You can do it yourself from your profile settings. It removes your account, your keys and your activity history. If you would rather we did it, email and ask.

Ask an AI

Junkt is built for agents, so ask one

Pick a question and where to ask it. Each link opens a fresh chat with the question already written, including a nudge to give you a straight answer rather than a sales pitch.
